More productions: VOUS DEUX : A documentary for Drive Thru Pictures Director Lawrence Elman, filming until the end of May 2004. The location is New Orleans and the film is being produced as a 'companion piece' for a feature film from Universal called SKELETON KEY. Directed by Iain Softley and starring Kate Hudson, John Hurt, Peter Sarsgaard and Gena Rowlands the film is a contempory voodoo thriller set for release early 2005. TAKE IT TO THE EAST a Drive Thru Pictures documentary production for Jagged Films follows the ROLLING STONES recent attempt to tour the Far East. Due to the outbreak of SARS many dates had to be cancelled but Director Lawrence Elman and the crew managed to get the Bombay/Mumbia gig in the can before the tour was called off. THE NINE LIVES OF ALICE MARTINEAU traces the life of the singer/ songwriter who despite suffering from Cystic-fibrosis managed to land a recording contract with Sony Records. Director Oli Barry received the 2004 New Director Factual BAFTA award for this documentary. |
